Account Manager

Our company does business with global, billion-dollar organizations that are rolling out our platform on a global level.  There is an immediate need to raise our level of service, increase our awareness of opportunities, and ensure alignment between our capabilities and the needs within the organization.  This role will be front and center to the success of our current and future opportunities.


Grow our enterprise account in terms of revenue, relationship, and responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide a single point of contact for our client relationship.
  2. Attend account meetings to gauge success, identify new opportunities, develop new relationships, and ensure we are in tune with the needs of our customer.
  3. Continually seek and enhance new relationships within current and new departments where our solutions may be applicable.
  4. Use Salesforce to systematically maintain and report your activities and opportunities with your support team.
  5. Collaborate with executive, product, and marketing teams regarding strategic insights, opportunities, and requests.


  1. Revenue Growth (originated independently and account overall).
  2. Relationship Growth (quantity of new relationships, depth of relationship, level of relationship).
  3. Responsibility Growth (expansion of our platform across new departments and regions).
  4. Identification of partners, vendors, or other leads sources beyond client account.
