Self Service Exports
How do I request an export?
From the Self Service Tools page, you can request four different types of exports: Invitees, Registrants, Attendees, or All.
To request the export, first select the category you’d like to export using the drop down menu on the left-hand side.
Then, click the “Export to CSV” button on the right-hand side.
You will receive your export by email within a few minutes.
What information is contained in the exports?
The Self Service exports contain all the information the Registrant gave when signing up for the event. This always includes Name, Email, Company, and Title. Sometimes it includes additional information, such as phone number, address, city, state, zip code, etc. If you’d like to collect specific information from your registrants (such as T-shirt Size or Guest Name, for example), please let your Dell event manager know and they can create a special registration field for you.
